DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
All custom orders require a 30% deposit. Any remaining balances will be due upon pick up of your order. 
If you have chosen delivery within 15km - all final balances will be due the day prior to delivery. 
If you have not paid a deposit for your order, your order is not booked in. 

We accept cash, pay-pal, bank transfer, credit or debit card. 
After-pay payments are only accepted for online orders. 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to make any changes to your order, we will do our best to assist you however unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to order due within 7 days. 
All custom cake toppers are ordered from an outside supplier. Usually within 2 weeks of the cakes due date. Unfortunately we are unable to change any cake toppers once the order has been placed through our supplier. 

FOOD ALLERGIES 
All Vegan and Nut free options do not contain any Dairy, Animal Products or Nuts.
When baking these items, all equipment and benches are thoroughly sterilised. However as we process orders which contain nuts, dairy, gluten soy and eggs. We still advise - may contain traces of these items.

​DELIVERY POLICY
Free delivery is available within 10km of North Kellyville, 2155. 
Within 10-15km a $15.00 delivery fee will apply. 
Delivery within 20km is only available for wedding or three tier cakes and will be arrange with the customer upon placing the order. 

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery outside of 15km of North Kellyville, 2155. 
(Excluding wedding cakes and three tier cakes, which can be delivered within 20km) 

Storage​

All cakes and cupcakes should be kept in a cool dry place. 
Preferably in the box in which the cake arrived in. 
Our cakes and desserts are best consumed on the day however they can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days! 

Fondant cakes should not be kept in the fridge unless there is a perishable filling. 
In which we recommend placing the cake in the fridge and a few hours prior to use - sitting in a cool room, preferably air conditioned to dry the cake off from being in the fridge. 

Buttercream cakes should be kept in the fridge until the time of your event. 

Smash cakes should be taken out of the fridge at least 1-2 hours prior to use. 

Please keep all buttercream cakes out of the direct sunlight. 
This may cause the buttercream to melt.

CUSTOM ORDERS 
Any images sent to Cutie Cupcakes AU when booking a custom order will be used as inspiration. 
There may be slight variations however we will do our best to achieve as close to the image as possible. 

Disclaimer
Once the cake has been handed over to the customer or venue no responsibility can be taken by Cutie Cupcakes AU for any subsequent damage. Cutie Cupcakes AU will not be liable should the customer believe there are any problems with the cake once it has been accepted, this includes design, colour etc.
